Can't wait until you post some pictures! That's my favorite part when people move in and start making it their own place.

Not to highjack your blog posting, but Ryan Homes recently ran a promotion where they invited people to upload a photo of their favorite grilled food. Now they're asking for people to vote for their favorite, today thru next Monday.

I'd REALLY appreciate it if you could take the time to visit the link (https://apps.tradablebits.com/fb/fFyb) and vote for my entry: GRILLED CORN, AVOCADO AND TOMATO. Feel free to borrow the recipe I posted there as well!

Thanks! - buildingwithryanhomes-blogspot.comBrandonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16653489208963491450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191538938390998295.post-59063882326547124172013-07-09T16:34:35.947-07:002013-07-09T16:34:35.947-07:00Congratulations! You mentioned in a previous post that you had your attic access door relocated from the master bedroom sitting area to the closet. That was a great idea and makes a lot of sense. Any advice on how to get this approved by SR or PM? I have my pre-construction meeting Thursday. We did 20 with a 20x20 hammer head extension (side entry garage)..

Congratulations on moving in and on. Very surprised you brought an attorney to closing, seems very wise. You may have mentioned it before but we didn't catch it. Great idea though, it is a lot of money and one needs to be protected.

Will watch out for some of the issues you mentioned as we have a soaking tub with jets too. Thanks for sharing and glad they were very responsive in fixing the issues.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10374993802402757299noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191538938390998295.post-23633009749668705772013-07-04T13:55:57.639-07:002013-07-04T13:55:57.639-07:00Can't wait to see pictures.
