I actually looked at your pictures of your garage roof for reference and it looks like it was done correctly. Your design is a little bit different than ours. The top of your garage walls kind of push straight out towards the front which gives you a 4' (approx) "return" on the sides. So your main roof slope doesn't meet the garage front gable right at the front of the garage at a point like ours does and gives you a few feet on the side of level flat space to mount a gutter. Hope that made sense. It's kind of hard to explain in writing.

BTW, did you get my email? I sent it to the address that you posted. Our PM did put up flat screen tv blcoks for us and insulated the garage an extra 4ft for us too(probably because there were so many issues :) We had to pay for the extra tv jacks though ! Make sure the insulation they put in the attic is at the correct height, when we checked it on closing day they were about five inches off and the insulation company came over and MADE A MESS of the carpets.. walls and windows where they had to bring the tube into through the second floor window..They have markers on the walls of the attic so you can see if the insulation doesnt come up to that point !!GEEZ now I am wondering if our roof is done correctly !!!Roger and Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08248468689311114359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5191538938390998295.post-50625804194592277522013-05-02T07:26:33.686-07:002013-05-02T07:26:33.686-07:00I'm sorry to hear about how lax your PM seems ...I'm sorry to hear about how lax your PM seems to be.
